South Alabama wide receiver Caullin Lacy and safety Jaden Voisin earned first-team All-Sun Belt Conference honors in voting announced Thursday.

Lacy, a junior from Mobile, ranks fifth nationally in both receptions (91) and receiving yards (1,316), along with seven touchdowns this season. His reception total is a school record.

Voisin, a junior from Crestview, Fla., leads the Jaguars and is tied for first in the Sun Belt with four interceptions. He also has 66 tackles, two tackles for loss, seven pass breakups and a forced fumble.

South Alabama linebacker Quentin Wilfawn earned second-team All-Sun Belt honors, while four Jaguars were picked for the third team: running back La’Damian Webb, defensive tackle Wy’Kevious Thomas, safety Yam Banks and Lacy again as an all-purpose back. Honorable mention selections were quarterback Carter Bradley, center Reggie Smith, wide receiver Jamaal Pritchett and linebacker Trey Kiser.

South Alabama finished the regular season at 6-6, achieving bowl-eligibility for the second straight year. The Jaguars will learn their postseason destination on Sunday.

James Madison quarterback Jordan McCloud was named Sun Belt Overall Player of the Year, while Dukes defensive end Jalen Green was named Defensive Player of the Year. JMU’s Curt Cignetti was chosen as Coach of the Year.

Troy running back Kimani Vidal was selected as Offensive Player of the Year. Appalachian State quarterback Joey Aguilar was named Newcomer of the Year, while Arkansas State quarterback Jaylen Raynor was picked as Freshman of the Year.
